I fail to see how Diethard has less Charisma than he has. Isn't he in charge of Public Affairs?
I think, Charisma means Leadership.
Diethard is very smart and clever, so he can predict people actions and make schemes and manipulate them. But he's a bad leader and nobody likes him as person.

I think it's possibly a Romanizing error, since "m" and "n" are the same character in Japanese (though I believe "n" is the more common one). I could be totally wrong on this, but that's my theory >.>;
For some reason, I get annoyed at the Romanizing on this show, and I'll still forever call "Kallen" Karen >_>

So the only Black Knight smarter than Kaguya is Rakshata, I'm so not surprised and I was also amused by how high her charisma is. It almost makes you wonder if maybe they shouldn't give her some combat training now. XD;;

I'm surprised Diethard's loyalty score isn't higher; I love how Kallen's is MAXED OUT. Even more than Kaguya. Also Ougi and Toudoh seem to have equal loyalty hmm.

Tamaki's given some important jobs if i remember, wasn't it even his job to pull people out of the water after they ejected from their knightmares over the sea? AND to navigate during an important chase?
Zero doesn't really pay enough attention to him and Tamaki doesn't really pay attention to the jobs hes given xD
