Anyone else notice Orange-kun's lipflaps at about 8:21/8:22 in episode 13?
I guess it's a cut line or a missed line, I wonder what he said?

Japan does their animation first, then dubbing. It's not surprising to see some points in anime where sound is out of sync with audio.
