I've always wanted to draw C.C. in a witch's outfit, but the initial design and layout... changed a little since C.C.'s pizza butt needs to be shared with the world.

To obtain a CLAMP anime style you just have to replace the radial strokes by a half concentric circle down the pupil.

Although there's something about her body that doesn't look right :P I think she's slightly slanted, but that's nit picking >.<

Thanks for the notes! I think I know what it is: I designed the picture to be of C.C walking slowly, but some of the clothing lines don't match up with a walking figure, while the legs do. I hope that made sense. But, thank you for the compliment!
