There something i wanted to asked regarding eps 15

Maybe contain spoiler?

As everyone know, the way to get rid immortality is only give to who willing for it. If you think it, that was a pretty easy task to do. I wonder why C.C didn't get rid her immortality when she want to be with the one she loves? if talking about a person who willing to take immortality, by a logic THERE WILL BE A LOT OF HUMAN WHO WANT TO BE IMMORTALITY (BAD OR GOOD ONE), so why she didn't want to take this opportunity long time ago, if she really want to be loved....Is actually she is too kind, or........

Please if there someone have an answer, clear my confusing though about this ^^;

They had to be of a high enough level of a Geass user to be able to take her immortality. No one was at that level to be able to do that for her.

C.C. was given the geass by the Nun and after she has used it enough and become "powerful" enough, the Nun gave her her code and died, making C.C. immortal.

Wasn't Mao at that level? I didn't understand very well either... Or maybe he was but she thought it was better not to make someone as crazy have to live forever xD

Anyway you can give inmortality to a single person more than once? Since Charles already had V.V.'s...

A Mao that never goes away and has a penchant for using a chainsaw to demonstrate love is a very dangerous Mao. C.C. ran away from him for a reason. XD

I think she gave up on him mostly because he "loved" her, and thus would never have the guts nor the will to kill her.

That's true. Chop her up into pieces to tote around in a suitcase, yes. To actually kill her in a situation where he will possibly spend eternity without her would be impossible for him.

I don't think Mao was at that level. She does explicitly state that he was unable to fill her contract which is why she left him. The fact that his Geass was permanently activated shouldn't factor in as, at this point, Lelouch's has as well and he still wasn't powerful enough.

Besides being at the right geass level, I think there's a responsibility involved too. To give immortality to mao would be quite dangerous really- the right person should be somebody who won't use the immortality for malicious/insane purposes and who has the highest level of geass.

I'm not sure what makes somebody a high level geass user, but Mao's geass was out of control, in that sense he might be a low level geass user.

Yeah but I think the Emperor took away V.V.'s code by will?

I dunno, if C.C. was that desperate to die then she could have been like "yeah whatever I'll just give my code to anyone"

And I guess the emperor's real goals haven't been established.

I think it would be more that the Geass user's intents wouldn't factor. Even whether or not they want immortality wouldn't factor, as CC's was forcd upon her. I think the Geass power is only strong enough when, though unrestrained all the time, doesn't drive the user crazy, and can be controlled again by the user (eg. Charles' Geass appears to be activated by will, whereas Lelouche's isn't at that stage).

I also agree with the above comment about Mao. It does seem plausible that CC would refuse to give him immortality - she tried to save Lelouche even as she says that she has no further use of him.

Okay, can someone answer these questions for me:
  1. Once a user has attained a high enough level, does his ability to kill immortals switch to "ON", or does his contractor's immortality switch to "OFF"?
  2. Does the user himself have to take the contractor's life in order to gain the contractor's immortality?
  3. Can a contractor be killed by another contractor's high-level user?
  4. Can contractors kill each other?

I'm still confused by the mechanics of geass transfer. -_-

They haven't gone into most of those details yet, but my guesses would be:

1) I'm thinking that upon reaching a sufficiently high geass level the geass user simply becomes eligible to accept the contractor's code. The contractor can choose not to give it up to them and the user will hang on to the geass for the rest of his/her life. If the transfer was automatic I don't think VV would be making hordes of geass users back at the cult for fear of losing his immortality to whichever one of them hit that level first.
2) No- VV died of his wounds from the Siegfried's crash, not by Charles' hand, remember?
3) No.
4) If they could they'd probably have taken that way out already rather than the convoluted process they have to go through to finally die.
