Hmm just a random thought.
Since the appearance of Orange-kun with his Geass-canceller-Geass, I always thought if only he had appeared sooner, Euphie's dead might not happen. If sunrise wants to end Geass in happy-ending atmosphere, I think they could introduce some character that could use Time-rewinding Geass or whatsoever so LeLouch could cancel his geass on euphie.
Anyway that's just a random thought from me, after watching the ep 17 and how angsty it turned out to be. Sunrise most likely won't introduce some cheesy plot twist, but again we never know, it's more suitable for fanfiction lol. xD
But again, I think Euphie's death is the saddest thing in Geass, anybody actually wished she hadn't died?

You know, I could totally see Lulu sacrificing himself in the end.
But it would suck if they kill Nunally...I mean then it would be two seasons of Lulu trying to help/save her all for nothing.

oh my god, I can't help but my mind visualizing this scene like these 90s anime where everyone always ended up crying below sunset. xD
*put some dramatic 90s anime music ending here*

Something about Japanese culture I've learned is that they love tragic heros
