So, now that Rolo's Character Song is out and some of us have had a good listen to it... bidoof showed me something quite amusing.

How many of you know the meaning of Arabesque?

...am I the only one that finds this really, really appropriate?

Ahaha, I checked dictionary.com before that and they said "arabesque" is an ornament, so I thought that it refers to his locket b-but BALLET POSE ok go.

I'm okay with either Rollo or Rolo, as long as it's not Lolo, because... well, Lulu and Lolo. Loloko? Maybe. Need more Rolo icons~ likes shouta perv

Really? My Collins Cobuild dictionary says:
An arabesque is a position in ballet dancing. The dancer stands on one leg with their other leg lifted and stretched out backwards, and their arms stretched out in front of them.

Arabesque is a Arabic style of ornamental art that involves repetition. The Arabesque ballet position gets it's name from the literal translation of "in Arabic fashion" as show in the wiki page. :)

Out of the five meanings, I think the ornament one would suit Rolo best, but possibly the musical piece too, since his locket plays a song when opened?

In our language, "Lolo" means "grandfather. =))
