Hello =3 My first post in the CG community I'm so happy =D Well I have a question(or more like help ^_^;;)
Q1: How does paypal work? <---Stupid yet neccsary
I really want to buy some CG stuff available in the LJ community but sadly I need to confirm if I will be able too. Meaning if Paypal work. And when I finally get a job (For child Labor Laws prevented me so) I will finally get the long awaited Lulu phone strap. Thank you for anyone who answers the question.
EDIT: Thank you for answering =D Sadly, I will be unable to do paypal since I have not a debit card, bank account, or credit card. Looks like I'll be patient and wait for a job and then get a bank account

You'll need a credit card or bank account to set up a Paypal account. When you pay someone, you just send money to their Paypal email address and Paypal will take money straight out of your account via cc or bank acct. Paypal's website is pretty self-explanatory. There are no fees to you if you are simply sending money out.
Thank You
