Searching for Artwork

On a recent post over at code_geass_icon, I saw some icons made from a really cute fanart of most of the cast around or on top of a giant cake. I've been looking around for a complete, full-sized version of the pic, but with no success. I was hoping that someone here might be able to point me to where I can find it, before I go insane. Thanks in advance for any help.
