Yeah, I am lucky. I have been working on this for years. But she has always been an open mom. So, it worked out. She really enjoys it. Death Note, Code Geass, Wolf's Rain, Bleach, etc.

My mom is a... mom. She tries to understand, and even takes me to conventions (since I don't get excited about a lot), but my obsession gets a bit... tiring for her and my dad.

I did get her to read Chobits a few years ago, though.

I'm going to drag her to conventions one of these days. Money just hasn't been there for it. She wants to go and see all of the cool things. I swear, I'll have to save up a lot because I know she will want to buy a lot of things.

All of my friends just love talking to her about these things, she doesn't put them down for how we love our stuff.
