Help finding uh... pic?

Hokay, so everytime I see this icon:
I go: WHERE DID THAT COME FROM -- and I have no clue as to how to go about finding it other than asking here -FAILS-

So does anyone know? Is it an official image or from a doujin ('cause that's pretty good art if I do say so myself) and where can I get the original image? :D
