Help finding uh... pic?

Hokay, so everytime I see this icon:
I go: WHERE DID THAT COME FROM -- and I have no clue as to how to go about finding it other than asking here -FAILS-

So does anyone know? Is it an official image or from a doujin ('cause that's pretty good art if I do say so myself) and where can I get the original image? :D

I used Google to Translate the page. There's a second page of art that it the first page links to at the bottom. (lots more pretty ones there, including this one that Google translated to "Suzaruru specs" or something like that :D)
