heyy i got a question. when do we use the anime tag, other than the new episodes and raws? .__.

i think if people use the tags, they'd expect anime episodes for the 'anime' tag...same with the 'fansubs' tag. so i organized & edited those tags for posts that offer the episodes.

since everything else (discussion, help, icons, info) is about the anime...it should not be used since it is a given.

hope that's ok. *_*

ohhhhhh i get it now. so the posts with the actual episodes have the anime tag on it, while the rest of it is just whatever they are?

i put the anime tag is most of them, becuase some of them are anime specific, and some are manga specific. like for this post, wouldn't anime, fansubs, and request all be better? like if there was a episode 13 in avi format, it would still be in the fansubs tag for people to see.

urgh, i have no idea. there does seem to be too many anime tags tho DD:

The only DDL site I know of is http://kyoy.livejournal.com/47171.html?mode=reply#geass, where all GG-fansubs eps are up and about. The only problem is that they're in .mkv format as GG-fansubs has two sets of subtitles (one using the official spelling for character names and one for 'popular' char. name spellings (like Nanaly instead of Nunnally)).

If it bothers you, you can always download CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack) (http://cccp-project.net/download.php?type=cccp), a program using an expanded Media Player Classic, and able to read Matroska video (.mkv) files. You'll just have to tweak several settings around.
