Since my Japanese is crap can someone confirm if this is correct? That there will be a Rolo Figma in the making?  (sorry if posted before...)

its a just fourm that u can request for making merchendises, some japanese code geass fangirl is requesting for certain company to make rolo figma figure set with his knife, locket and many faces, but that certain company seems not to make any figures until they have 1 million fans request for it...
