I predict a final heartrending reunion before one or both dies. Of course, if they really wanted to pull off a twist ending, they'd give Lelouch a legitimately happy life with Suzaku, Nunnally, C.C., Kallen, and Kaguya at his side, but face it, it's more likely that every major character except Lelouch and Suzaku will end up six feet under.

I think Schneizel is manipulating Nunnally. In fact, I'm sure of it. I just want that to be made clear before the bitter end.

I feel that Turn 24's key phrase 'Lelouch, you don't hate me?' may be relevant here.

Me too. it breaks my heart to even consider that she's going against her own brother on her own.

Hopefully it'll be Nunnally and Lelouch talking all this out; I really don't want her to die or her just be an enemy Lelouch has to defeat, that's wrong.

I love Nunnally. I don't know why, but I do. I at least want to know why she's acting like this and, at the very least, a mutual apology for how much each has hurt and misled the other. Because Lelouch? Is the best big brother EVER...WHEN HE IS NOT BEING ZERO. And he needs to realise that.

I love Nunnally too! She's one of my favourite charcters. Lelouch really does need to realise that, especially since now Zero is "dead".

Or the Emperor. What Nunnally needs to realise, though, is that Lelouch, no matter how misguided he may be, loves her unconditionally and would do anything for her, and that a person like Schneizel can never feel that strongly about anything or anyone. Once Nunnally realises that Schneizel is a jerk, and Lelouch realises that Lelouch is a jerk, perhaps they can be together again.

(I swear, it's embarrassing how sappy some fictional relationships can make me.)
