This thought randomly popped into my head as I was trying to go to bed. Seriously XD I put it behind a cut since there are minor spoilers for people who aren't completely up to date with the series.

I can't help but wonder what happened to the Shinkiro after Turn 19. While Lelouch more than likely used it to get to Kaminejima in Turn 20, it just seemed to disappear from thought afterwards oO I mean, I understand that he wouldn't use it anymore because not only is he the Emperor now and has Suzaku to do all the Knightmare stuff, but that Shinkiro is more than likely well recognized as Zero's personal Knightmare and would pretty much reveal to the world that Lelouch used to be Zero or something to that effect.

Any thoughts on this? Or am I the only one who thought of it? XD;

EDIT: hales731 reminded me that it did take damage during Rolo's escape with Lelouch, but I'll admit I wasn't really paying that much attention during that scene due to reading subs XD

And now to get back to bed XD I just had to type this up while it was on my mind

If you remember, the Shinkiro sustained quite a bit of damage while Rolo was piloting it in Turn 19. He wasn't as able to pull up the absolute defense system as quickly as Lelouch can because 1) the caluculations were too complex and 2) he can't type as fabulous as Lelouch.

My guess is that aside from the reasons you listed, the fact it's probably damaged means Lelouch just hasn't gotten around to getting it fixed. xD

The first scenario (too damaged/associated with Zero) is the most likely, although I would have liked to see Lloyd tinker with it XD

I assume he still has it around, somewhere. Because how else are they going to get out of that island? Suzaku could take the Avalon, but Lelouch and CC have no choice but to use Shinkirou.

I personally hope that we'll be seeing it again.;_; It's my absolute favorite frame. And maybe Lloyd can upgrade it to 9th generation as well with MOAR LAZERS and MOAR FABULOUS TYPING.

I thought that Shinkirou got somehow crushed by Lulu. When he appeared on Kaminejima, there was a huge, violet fire behind him. I first thought that this might be Shinkirou, maybe I'm wrong but I can't explain where Shinkirou is otherwise.

Its seriously been bugging me, cause I love Shinkirou, and I honestly think he blew up in ep 20 (I believe?). Cause if you remember the huge, violet, purple flames that signaled Lulu's fabulous entrance, it just screamed Shinkirou to me O_o

I seriously hope thats not the case, and that Cecile and Lloyd have been modifying it or something. At least that would show its still alive and kicking. Not to mention how bad ass it would be if it showed up to pawn as much ass as Kallen's new Guren and Suzaku's Albion in the last few episodes *melts at the thought of Shinkirou with wings* I think I could die one happy mecha fangirl if that happened XD

But I seriously hope he didn't get rid of it, or destroy it ;_; I want it to show up soon.
