This is probably one of my favourite official arts for Geass. It's not stunningly gorgeous, but the subtle body language and the composition of the scene is just amazing.

I've been trying to figure out why I like this picture so much, and I think you hit upon it: Subtlety--something that's been rather lacking in R2, to be honest.

Like others have said, I really enjoy the subtle quality to this image. So many nuances hidden in each character. From Lelouch's half-regretful, half-at rest expression to Suzaku's steadfast but content air to C.C.'s complete vulnerability but outside of a moe fanservice style. I love the way this image seems to make all the costumes look good, especially Suzaku's. And I just love the setting behind them, just as majestic as the trio it watches over. Thank you for sharing.
