this is different from last week's epi since that was more of a character analysis. this time's more like a blow by blow with often unnecessary comments, only without pictures because i am lazy. more ramble ahead, one that probably makes less sense as you keep on reading.

we begin the episode from where we last left it, at the scene where lulu goes OMFG! nunnally's alive! she asks him if this all for her sake - and lulu tells her that this is all for him. that he'll crush her along with everyone else if she gets in his way.

i love lulu now. at least he's resolved to play his part to the end, to keep the mask on, even in front of his sister - and i like how he and suzaku are not friends, but accomplices. they've gone too far to go back to something resembling friendship. too bad suzaku still has that awful costume though.

i also liked the cc-lulu moment. it didn't feel romantic, more like, i'll be with you until the end, even if noone else will. when you've stained your hands red with the blood of millions i'll still be there, beside you, my hands stained as well. something like that. (fic prompt, anyone?)


next schneizel's master plan and modus operandi is revealed. he wants to establish peace by killing everyone who's part of the war.

cornelia rejects this plan. i love cornelia. she's probably the only decent person left here who has both sense and compassion.

schneizel then snaps his fingers and then some random gun comes out of a statue and shoots her down. in the back!

q: how did the random gun know who to kill? one of the many mysteries of geass i suppose.

CORNELIA - HIME! i mourn thee. you were one of the best GARR! females i'd ever known. damn you sunrise for giving her such a lame ending. i'd have liked for her to survive.  she would have made a great leader.



i so hate Ohgi now. and the whole pregnancy thing was lame. who knew they had enough time and energy for procreation, what with the war going on and all. he's probably going to die though. leave viletta a single mother epilogue.



so gino finally picked a side, eh? sounds to me like a ginoxkallen ending is in the works. anya is.... ? she shows up in the fight, but i think her part was over after the whole marianne thing.


orange-kunxsayoko. new otp? it's nice to see people sticking to their sides, instead of going back and forth, back and forth.

i really, really wished nunally stayed dead. why does she trust schneizel?? i thought she was smart! does she think that because lulu and suzaku, the two people who loved her the most have been lying to her all this time - everyone else must be telling the truth??!

probably the only reason why you're still here is because the producers wanted to show that lulu's resolve was firm, that this really would be his final stand until the end.




WOW, real time chess. i was never particularly good nor interested in chess. i preferred scrabble.



schneizel shouldn't underestimate lulu. and has anyone noticed that lulu likes to manipulate the environment? the sakuradite incident in season 1, that gas thing in the first half of r2 (i forget which gas) and now the sakuradite again.



i want to get to the end already. i can't take this anymore. i'm addicted to geass and i can't stand it.

Well with Viletta's pregnancy, I think it's more of a symbol of new life after the war so if Sunrise is human at all, Viletta has a sure-fire way of being alive at the end of all this to substantiate the new life into the new world after the war. Whether Ougi is dead or alive is one thing but killing a woman who has a baby inside her is really inhumane, even in an anime. D8

Cornelia had such a lame death and I refuse to believe she's dead. Maybe she'll be crawling around somewhere in the next few episodes. I mean Shirley got a whole bathtub of blood and Cornelia barely had any. That death is too lame for her. She was the only decent character besides Shirley (I'm a Shirley fan so please don't bash my opinion) and all the good characters need epic deaths at least. :(

C.C. and Lelouch probably have the best relationship in the show. It's not romantic at all unless C.C. has unrequited feelings for him. though I think she always have some sort of feelings with those she gives Geass to. But I think she'll finally get her true wish and that is to die. She'll probably take the opportunity if it greets her. Also Suicidezaku, if I believe, he wants to die too but can't because of the "Live" Geass that is on him. I think Lelouch will ultimately be by himself in the end or die by himself. I don't see him being alive but I could be wrong...

This show is so... crap right now. The show started falling apart after they started killing off characters and having them jump into shit. I never liked Rolo and he had served no purpose other than fanbait. Lelouch never really cared for Rolo and in fact wanted to kill him after he was finished using him. At the very end he did appreciate Rolo but I don't think he truly cared/loved him. After his death, everything went back to normal like he didn't exist, which is what I preferred. The episodes with him were lame and he felt out of place. Glad he's gone. But that's just my opinion.

And the last thing, Nunnally believing Schneziel... (fuck his name is hard to spell Dx) that is just bullshit (there should be a bullshit episode or even just a whole season on Geass-drama). She should know her brother better, afterall she's BLIND. Blind people have a better perception on the world than most people! Sure he lied but he did it for her. She should know when Lelouch is saying shit like he did is a way to protect her. But he isn't going easy on her now. I wonder what will happen DX

Geass has turned into a major soap opera. Killing off characters, making them pregnant, high power rulers fighting (that chess battle is ftw!), table fucking lesbians. It's a good soap opera. and if I know my soap operas, this isn't looking like a good ending or partially happy one.

C.C. and Lelouch probably have the best relationship in the show

I was too positively surprised by the good rendition of it in the last episode. It was very touching, and deep, and believable. I wasn't so optimistic about it, given the crap that has been happening in this show, lately.
