I was checking Adult Swims line up on my TV Guide thing and I wanted to announce this because I'm literally pissed about it...They took off Code Geass. I'm not kidding. I thought there was still a few more episodes left to go? o_o They wouldnt just skip them, would they? Adult Swim was stupid enough to put at five am now they took it off...the fuck is wrong them?

Oh wait..why did the skip a day? I just noticed that but still...they're getting a little carried away, don't you think?

It seems to be still on at 5am but no episode numbers are listed after 22. So they might put the finale on at a special time or the episodes haven't been dubbed which I think is unlikely.

Nope ;__; But apparently, Madman are in talks with Cartoon Network with starting up an Adult Swim channel on Foxtel. They sent around a survey to randomly selected people and asked what they'd like to see if there was an anime channel etc.

So, we may have hope.

You know, who the fuck cares if they take it off of CN? I'm just happy that it's not going to be over populated with stupid American n00bs. They ruined some of my favorite anime by putting it on CN, such as Blood+ for example. Just go out and buy it, support the series that way. There's other ways to watch it.

lol you mean people that watch CN don't have the same right to enjoy anime? are you discriminating against people who don't start with subs or just buy the dvds when it's already on cable? that is some hypocritical bullshit if I ever fuckin' heard it. and exactly how did you start watching anime? I don't believe for a second you started with subs, and if you did, you are vastly in the minority. the majority of anime fans today started out with anime on cartoon network/toonami/adult swim.

also, you guys, it's not the networks ruining this shit for you. the north american anime companies pay people to voice act if that's what you're getting at(which is the main issue with dubs, other than editing). I don't see how they "ruined" anything. they merely brought animes to a broader audience level in some place other than japan. it's called "business". you can't make money if your product doesn't sell. you can be mad that death note shit is being sold at hot topic or whatever, but don't say that the series you enjoyed is RUINED 4EVAZ OMAGAWDZ because no one did fucking anything but dub it into another language.

also also, reason why they're moving anime to such shitty time slots is because this is no longer the 90's and anime is readily available EVERYWHERE. the north american market for anime is dieing due to the fact that subs and the internet exists. pirating at it's finest.

Ya know, why commit to a series when they're just gonna botch it up by moving it around and shit? They seem so keen on their non-anime shows, which normaly use to air Sundays...
If they're just gonna have ATHF, Frisky Dingo and all the other shit air on Saturdays...which is normaly set aside for anime, dont commit to airing it at all!

I've lost all faith in Cartoon Network and Adult Swim by this point. It makes me happy I'm not supporting their crap cause I don't have cable. Wow... Never thought I would be thankful for that o_o

I prefer buying DVDs anyway. Or I be bad and bit torrent the subs. Screw trying make sense of their constantly changing schedule and the crap shows they makes us put up with.
