I know it had to end that way...but until the end I wanted that hope...

And no one, not one of those puny, pitiful little soul will know what their Suicide King really did for them, what he sacrificed, to allow them that happiness.

But, he did as promised. And in the end, I guess it was worth it to him...so I can't fault the ending, if everyone's happy.
