As others have said, Nunnally knew everything in the end. She knows who Zero is. Suzaku is with her. Lelouch left his two special people to take care of each other. He may be an immortal zombie, but he's not alone. Besides if he gets really lonely for his cat, he can always put kitty ears on Schneizel.

I suppose the joke is that Cornelia is the one who wears the pants in the relationship. Though, I never really thought of Guilford as being girly.
