No, I think it possible yes. Since when I first look at it, I feel like it's different from before. Btw, that credit 原画 means for the drawers.

I think he really did draw it, because usually the people who wrote the "matamite geass" line didn't have their names listed under illustrators.

If Sakurai really drew it then he's a pretty good artist. :D
