That guide is far too thin to have everything he needs to know. Lelouch would have to write a whole other book on how to be fabulous.

And at least Suzaku has Schneizel working for him to be the brains. Really, all Zerozaku would have to do is stand there and pose a lot. All speeches would be prepared in advance.
