I heard from a friend that she read on "CR" that Newtype Japan was releasing a special Code Geass R2 episode 26 with the DVD. Is her information valid? I thought Sunrise had control over DVD releases. And, if yes, are we in for a conclusion episode or is this going to be a rehash of the series like what happened with Death Note? :o

I hope so :D
is this going to be a rehash of the series like what happened with Death Note?
I hope not D:
But there wasn't many time gaps happened during this series, was there?
Except if they're going to show us R1.5 or something about what happened between S1 and R2. That's fine with me (MOAR ROLO, YES PLZ)

Oh well. If it's for explain some things, I hope so.
If it's to continue from where 25 ended, I hope not. xD;
Anyway, as said, I won't get my hopes up, too... We'll see...

i don't think anything would be legitimate until we see at least a picture :)

Or maybe it's just, like, CC giving someone else a Geass. Or something.

Lol, I'm actually kind of okay now with the idea of him still being alive... he'd be pretty unhappy either way... >_> I don't think Lulu's the kind to pass on immortality, though.

Explaining DVD releases, NewType will sometimes release sound episodes and dvd episodes but they are one or two and they are "play only" with no menu screen or extras. Considering all the Code Geass merchandise all the magazines have released I'm sure they have deals with Sunrise about it.
I am STILL kicking myself for not buying the last AniMag that had one of the knightmares ;o; but I am excited to see if any of them would have special art work or interviews this month, or next for the final episode X3

Hopefully it expands on the ending as an epilogue rather than giving some ammunition to the "HE'S ALIVE" or "HE'S DEAD" camps...I mean, some confirmation wouldn't always be a bad thing, but I kinda like that the ending works both ways right now.
