However My biggest complaint is: What the fuck was Geass? Who made it? Why did they make it? When did they make it? Are they still alive? On Jupiter?

A whole 2 seasons and nothing said other than a power of kings, Code which seems to be the evolution of having a Geass, and that it was created/made long ago.

It can't be Chiba, she's in between Ougi and Anya...
And the blue-haired Black Knight (Sugiyama) is next to Tamaki

It goes something like this:
Todo, Kallen, ??, Gino, Tianzi, Xingke
Kaguya, Sugiyama, Tamaki, Ougi, Chiba, Anya

This has seriously been bugging me all week!!

What really grinds my gears is the whole dropping of the Super-Humanzaku subplot. Fuck you, Sunrise.

Was that the one in which they were gonna touch on why Suzaku can FREAKIN' OUTRUN BULLETS AND CRAP? Because, yeah, if so, I'm pissed off, too. :(

Don't you remember? They cleared that one up with a rather cunning comment;

"Oh no, he's just a superhuman."
he's just a superhuman
just a superhuman
a superhuman

...These people are crazy. Because, just being a superhuman isn't anything extraordinary at alllllllll. It's so common, EVERYONE is a superhuman, Sunrise. Everyone.

The title is Code Geass, but the series never focused much on the Geass at all. We don't know its origins and specific information about the code. All we know is that the power of the kings can be given out by immortals who has the code. These immortals can also pass their code to another. The power of the kinds varies from one person to another.

We didn't get to find out where V.V. got his code in the first place.

Yeah, but. But. They were gonna tell us about his connection to Geass! Remember in Bloodstained Euphie? That shit with C.C.?

WHY WAS THAT NOT EXPLAINED? WHY!?

Well, Code Geass mixes many elements of European folklore in its main plot, but Geass itself is likely a reference to a phenomenon in Celtic mythology called Geis (http://www.worldwidewords.org/weirdwords/ww-gei1.htm), which is basically a curse that forces one to do (or not do) something. I don't know whether this is common knowledge in the fandom, but I just thought I'd throw it out there because I haven't seen it discussed much. I don't think the writers ever meant to expand on the nature of the power (for which I'm grateful), but rather just keep it as a mystical element in an otherwise drama/action driven story. I do think C.C. true name was a dropped subplot, though, otherwise they wouldn't have made a big deal out of it in the first series.

Geass = The power to grant wishes, brings solitude and pain upon user.
After losing everything, you can receive the
Code = Immortality, the supposed-to-be impossible dream of humans
Only to learn that immortality means nothing in a world of solitude and to live while yearning for happiness is happiness itself.

Depending how you interpret the ending, more or less about Code & Geass comes to a conclusion. If you interpret that Lelouch didn't die but became immortal and went back to C.C. to keep his promise to make her smile and grant her true wish (to be truly loved); the Code Geass issue can truly end because both will possess the Code forever and live together happily ever after. There will be no need for them to make Geass contracts with any more people, but just take care of the power until ... there's a Code Geass - Continued Story. Even if Lelouch can't be with Nunnally or Suzaku or make a change to the world any more, atleast he can still witness the "tomorrow" that he gave his life for.

You really can't conclude the Code & Geass issue if you interpret that Lelouch is dead and C.C. is left to roam the world for all eternity by herself.

Um, I'd like to think that there are only 2 Codes in the world (and Lelouch and C.C. can be King and Queen of the world) but pictures of those Geass girls contradict me. WTF were they for? HTF did Code & Geass come into existence in the first place? I'm clueless.

World of C = World of Conciousness?
Jupiter = God = the conciousness of all humans?
Sword of Arkasha = Weapon to kill the Gods = Weapon to kill the conciousness of all humans = Stops time
Time = the conciousness of all humans?
= HUH??? MY LOGICAL REASONING IS FAILING ME. Screw maths!
When I think really hard, less makes sense so I'll just be content with my impression of a Lulu x C.C. happily forever after end to Code Geass.

one of the many, many dropped plots.

Indeed, they really dropped the ball on that one. Some people even speculated that Suzaku had his own Geass (which would explain the whole superhuman thing and DAT ASS). I wish Sunrise wouldn't be such a slut tease when it comes to this stuff.

S'PLAIN YO SELF, SUNRAISER.

I think they may have been intending to answer that in the original plan for R2.

But then they didn't. D=
