However My biggest complaint is: What the fuck was Geass? Who made it? Why did they make it? When did they make it? Are they still alive? On Jupiter?

A whole 2 seasons and nothing said other than a power of kings, Code which seems to be the evolution of having a Geass, and that it was created/made long ago.

This. And the rest of the weird Geass scenes. I thought C.C. was from the time period with the tribal people too.

Especially since there was that one magazine spread with her in similar get-up.
