Shinji = Lelouch (but with less wimpyness)
Asuka = Suzaku
Rei = C.C.
Yui = Marianne
Instrumentality Project = Ragnarok Connection





Keep in mind, these were the comparisons that I found the most lulzy. Feel free to give your own theories as to who would be who, and maybe a few pictures to support your ideas if you're up to it.
