I KNEW the island arc was going to be fun ever since the summary came out three weeks ago. I mean, Zero and Euphemia?(plus Zero is said to offer Euphemia his cloak 'cause Euphemia took off her clothes(yes, fanservice) to dry. I am VERY interested in their interaction. And Lulu's stamina(or lack thereof) will show once again as he tries to....'play cool' in front of Yufie.XDD) Kallen and Suzaku? Ha.

And when a certain scan came out it did nothing but add to the fun.







I want that magazine so bad.DDD: Whichever it is from.



And it makes you wonder, why does Sunrise HAVE to do another recap when there's so many awesome stuff coming up?(i.e. A certain event inovlving a huge pizza.) It's said that the Chinese Federation will have some impact in episode 20.

Well, I'm not too thrilled about the island plot at first, at least it looks to be better than the ones in the SEED series.

Not thrilled about the island plot, either. But. Euphie's so far removed personality-wise from the rest of her family, and she and Lelouch are close in age...Not impossible for them to be half-sibs, but it'd be funny if we found out Euphie's illegitimate. O:)

I wouldn't be too surprised if there would actually be a 25.5 to kick off the second season. I've read that current plans are for Code Geass to go on hiatus for two seasons before Season 2 begins. A 25.5 to recap of Season 1 at the beginning of Season 2 would be the logical thing to do.

Sakura!Lulu would probably show her 'love' for Syaoran!Suzaku by kicking him around and telling him how big an idiot he is.XD;; And she certainly won't be the damsel in distress Sakura was in early chapters. She would probably be the commander for the whole group.XDDD;;

Lloyd being Fay makes sense for me, but if I want crack, I would plug in Clovis.XD;;; Imagine their interaction! (Clovis!Fay: The Princess' wish is my wish!! Sakura!Lulu: ...that can wait until you improve your sucky chess skills. That was already the hundedth time, wasn't it?*smirk*)

To entertain male fans? But sadly, Kallen was decided to be our fanservice panda from the very start. From what I heard, Taniguchi made her into one.XD;; Even the picture drama that will come with DVD 3 seems to have a shower scene...

Shirley will still appear later on, since she does have some kind of...'clues' left on her. For some reason I would like to see her swim.XD;; She must've been pretty good.

I don't see why everyone thinks this is going to lead to pairing up whoever winds up together on the island, just because GS/D did it that way. I mean...Lelouch is going to wind up with his half-sister. I don't think the canon is going to go there. And so there's no reason for it to go that way with the other pair trapped on the island, either.

Lelouch might possess enough intelligence to make something up. I don't like how lightly the animators or everyone is taking this since didn't Lelouch try to kill Euphemia a feel episodes ago.

Suzaku/Kallen does seem to have more bite to it than Suzaku/Euphemia, but I think there's more to her than meets the eye so I'm willing to find out before I declare my ship.

I'm happy to declare my ship, Lelouch x Suzaku, but I also know it's never going to happen officially in Geass. I'll just get slashy merchandise and doujinshi XD;;;;; (a la Seed, where I ship AsuKira :P )

I think Lelouch definitely has enough intelligence to use a fake name, the problem is I was unclear if Lelouch/Euphie and Kallen/Suzaku were all 4 together stranded or say 2 were on one side of the island and 2 were on the other. Suzaku knowing who Lelouch and Euphie really are, unless he is being an airhead, would play along with a fake name but I think Kallen would be confused.

Lelouch threatened to kill Euphie during the hotel jacking, I personally think if he really wanted to, he would have, but I think it's a little harder for him to do. (I believe canonically he and Clovis were always "rivals")

AS far as het goes...

Personally, I just think Kallen and Suzaku have more in common. Lelouch and actually Euphemia have sort of larger and grander plans, while I think Suzaku and Kallen's are more personal and more directed specifically at Area 11. Both are Japanese even if both now spend most of their time in Britannian society and I think it just gives them a different perspective.

I also just think that Suzaku would have a hard time ever feeling romantically about Euphemia since she is a princess and he is a "knight"/military officer. It's different with Lelouch and Nannaly since when he met them he was the Prime Minister's son and they were pawns of their father. But Euphie was never disgraced and from the moment he knew who she was, he knew her station was far above his own.

I actually like all the female characters in Geass, and have no problem with the story going either Kallen/Suzaku or Euphie/Suzaku, I just think, and have been thinking ever since the episode where Kallen and Suzaku first faced off in their Gundams Knightmares that Kallen/Suzaku worked better.
