Ok so, my school had it's *Bunkasai (school festival) yesterday and the Art Club does Anime Fan art commissions, and so I went there SPECIFICALLY to ask for ask for something Lelouch. When I walk in one of the girls is like :D Ah! Grace Sensei you came! and she pulls out this




>w< Kyaaaa! OMG! HOW DID SHE KNOW! My students know I like CG since I have the whole Ex-Portiat figure collection on my desk, but the fact she drew the character I was going to request >w<
It totally made my day.




* As Seen in Anime's about school life when classes all do different things like Have a haunted house or stage a play or set up food booths...The event in the ep where they were making the Big Pizza and Euffie announced the Japan reagoin thing was a School Festival...

I guess it would be REALLY frustrating for me, then. XD I'm a total femminist, that sometimes it even drives my (progressive, I'll give him that) a bit nuts. But yeah, I've heard that before.

Kinda sad, really, considering how many anime noobs I knew in my high school anime club that wanted to marry a Japanese guy and really know nothing about the culture other than what anime told them.

But as for eye candy, none of that matters, because indeed, Japanese guys ARE really hot. <3

Shudders at the thought, I've met my share of thoese types. That's when you hand them a copy of The Tale of Genji and the World of the Shining Prince to go with it. Back then, if a guy came into some lady in waiting's room wanting sex, she was not allowed to resist him.

I like anime and everything but I like and know other things about Japanese culture too.
