The Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion website announced the premiere screenings of Stage 24 and 25, the last episodes of the robot war anime before the planned sequel. They will show once in Osaka on July 21 and twice in Tokyo the following day. The events will also have a half-hour actors' panel with Jun Fukuyama (Lelouch), Takahiro Sakurai (Suzaku), Yukana (C.C.), and Ami Koshimizu (Kallen). The tickets will be distributed by a random drawing of application forms available to patrons of Newtype, Voice Newtype, Monthly Asuka, and Comp Ace magazines; the Animate store chain; and the Biglobe website.

LuLu singing "Orenji Honey"

too bad i don't understand japanese enough to know the song. Orange Honey is a PS2 game and Fukuyama-san plays one of the characters in the game and this is the OP theme of the game sung by him <3 (thx [profile] gokumew2 for the info~) mew-chan also upped the original game PV with the song here~ (oh did i mention that Sakurai Takahiro-san who voices for Suzaku is also in that game? XD he's that chara who wears glasses~~ too bad Orenji Narita Ken-san isnt in this one... you can find him in lots of BL/H games tho...)

oh ya and just an extra... (no i did not intend to ruin his image XD)
(Cross-posted from [livejournal.com profile] puri_puri)

I drew and colored some random crossover fanart, and I thought I'd share it with you.

This was inspired by the fact that Jun Fukuyama voices both Lelouch and Tooru.

Colored~

Code Geass Hangyaku no YamaYama, an internet radio show originally hosted by Fukuyama Jun (Lelouch) and Sugiyama Noriaki (Rivalz + Sugiyama from Black Knights), is going to be broadcasted in "real radio" as in actual radio channels.

Code Geass Hangyaku no YamaYama DX will be broadcasted on Bunka Housou (the main Japanese radio station i think...), and Rajio Kansai. It will also be replayed on Big Globe streaming...

the only question i have is... is this "broadcast" just a replay of old/previous episodes? or will it be a real "radio show" and recorded+on air live?? i can't really figure it out with my limited japanese...

Lelouch's seiyuu, Fukuyama Jun, got Best Male Seiyuu in a Lead Role (for playing Lelouch Lamperouge in Code Geass) in the first seiyuu awards in Japan. Yay!~!

Oh, and Kallen's seiyuu Koshimizu Ami also got the award for Best Supporting Female Role for playing Kallen... ^.^

for more details (other award winners), go here.

Can you find him? =w=

Hope this is not inappropriate!

and thanks to [profile] koriya-san for the news!
Hello hello!
I've caught up with uploading Geass no Heya to YouTube. I edited my old post, but in case some of you didn't see the update, I've moved all Geass no Heya videos from my main account over to a secondary one that will be used solely for these vids. I messaged the Japanese person who had uploaded them before and apparently they were rejected by YouTube so yeah, I don't want my main account to be suspended since that's happened before already.

Anyhoo, you can find all the Geass no Heya "episodes" at the YouTube account "cheesekun." I will be uploading the new episode each week so feel free to subscribe to the account if you'd like to be notified when they're up.

Enjoy~

PS YouTube is weird and sometimes some videos will disappear from my channel page. There should be 17 videos in total.

Hey everyone! I've started uploading Geass no Heya to YouTube. It's basically a short video clip with Fukuyama Jun (Lelouch) talking about an episode. I've uploaded the first five. You can find them on my YouTube account my "other" YouTube account, or at the following links:

Geass no Heya #1 | #2 | #3 | #4 | #5
I plan on continuing to upload these little shorts so look forward to more of them!

Check out these really cute chibi voice figurines! (bigger pic) I'd kill for the Lelouch one. X.D Here's what each says:
Lelouch - "Lelouch Vi Britannia ga meijiru!" (Lelouch Vi Britannia orders you)
Suzaku - "Daijyoubu, makasete" (It's okay, leave it to me)
C.C. - "Kore wa keiyaku" (This is a contract)
Kallen - "Kore dakara Britannia wa" (This is why Britannia is...)
Lloyd - "Aha"

(Yeah, I know they've been posted about before, but now you know what they say!)

LOOK AT THE CAT EARS!!!!!!! They're just too cute. X.3

New items on the official website :

- Sunrise opened up a staff diary here, but there's nothing of note up right now.
- For amusement, check out how the staff came up with the Lancelot's poses here.
- They're making and selling Code Geass trading cards, on sale on January 2007 for 420 yen. Further information/pictures at this or this place.
- They've opened an official poll results page, not like we don't know the results already, here. It seems there were about 100,000 votes overall. Cripes. The 'present' to us fans looks to be a wallpaper that would be further detailed/put up on the official blog. Now? We have commentary from FukuJun, seiyuu for the reigning (and probably continuing) champion :

I'm surprised! Did he really actually get first place!? I'd always figured it'd be Orange---*cough*! Er, no, what I meant is that Code Geass has so many unique and charming characters, I didn't think the main lead would get it. Good thing I went and put that mask on...
However! Moreso than Lelouch getting the top rank, the best thing is the sheer numbers of votes we've got! With so many people watching and rooting for us, recording for each week is going to be quite something!
I'll try my best so Lelouch can go on leading Orange---I mean, the rest of the cast to first place! Please have fun watching each episode from now on! m(_ _)m
Thank you very much!

...So FukuJun actually put on a mask when voicing Zero. Don't you love how dedicated Japanese seiyuus are? Unless he was kidding. Though really, Fukuyama-san, Lelouch is pretty much the most unique and charming out of the cast

- New OP artist = Jinn, New ED artist = SunSet Swish. Don't ask me which episode we're getting those, however. (Edited thanks to [livejournal.com profile] _obliviondust)
Does anyone see the strange resemblence between this, this and this? XD

and this comes with a conversation...
"Suzaku-sama, Fukuko, no, Mary at your service... no, LULU at your service!!" <--designed conversation XD
(for those who don't know, the person in the picture is Fukuyama Jun, the seiyuu of Lelouch...........)

OK, for those who are not into seiyuu n stuff... here's the real crack: Caps of ep9 i found on the net...

EDIT: According to memento the anime-review website, Episode 9 has a new opening! (well, maybe it's not even news... maybe i'm just slow... >.>)

Sorry it's a bit late!! But it's still the 26th here... so!!

If you didn't know, Nov 26 is the birthday of Fukuyama Jun, the seiyuu of Lelouch!! If you're interested, I've posted something over at the[info]seiyuu comm as a celebration!

I hope this is appropriate!
