i also found suzaku of the counter attack on their website,

I found this on Animesuki but don't know anything about the fansub. The name is Otacon and here are the links for chap 21 (the only one they have). Don't know if they are like Your-Mom's guys (AKA translate 'cos main group is slow) but seems so.
