If he could stop the time - it would be possible for him to stop any physical objects.

Peoples perception of time ~ brain activity in that case. If you right "freeze time" - you must mean it. "Freeze people"(or maybe "freeze living creatures") would be much more accurate.

Freeze time is fine we get the point. I suppose "freeze other people's perception of time" would be more accurate though.
