Gigazine.net has news that the third season of Code Geass will (possibly) air this winter (thus, the new merchandise). No word if Code Geass: Bokoku no Akito is still the title.

Though, you might want to edit this post, so it doesn't look like Gigazine is claiming that. They literally only wrote that the possibility of that is rising.
