With all these hypothetical questions running around, I just couldn't help but to ask this one:
What would happen to Lelouch's Geass if he lost the use of his left eye? (Like if it was cut in battle by a shard or by someone's sword.)
Oh and less importantly; if not for the war why couldn't Lelouch use an eyepatch to cover any ill-effects of using his Geass and continue on his normal way of life? (Most of you will know what I mean, but I've kept this vague for those who don't.)
Looking forward to some comments (serious, witty, plain funny is all good by me!)

SuzakuArthur....For some reason, I can't get the idea of Zero trying to fight battles with two eyepatches on. I realize this illogical and counterintuitive. But Zero fighting with blind confidence (aww, sad pun) is hilarious.
Maybe I just have a soft spot for uncharacteristically clumsy Lelouch. Zero should get drunk sometime so we can see what happens. Does he perhaps put on the helmet and reach for a bubbly, only to bump it into the plastic and spill it all over his pants? Ohoho!
