Suzaku's mother?

Just a quick question that occurred to me earlier today...

Do we know anything about Suzaku's mother? We get the story of the Britannian royals and Kallen's family, and we know a bit about Kururugi Genbu (or at least enough to get a feel for his relationship with Suzaku), but nothing about his mom?

I found it kinda funny that in a show that revolves so much around strained family ties and how our main characters adapt to them, we seem to know nothing about Suzaku's mother. I think it'd be really interesting to see how he interacts with his mother (if she's even around/still alive), given the relationship he seemed to have with his dad. Or was Tohdoh basically his one and only surrogate parent?

And if nothing has been mentioned about her in-canon, does anyone know of any fics that deal with this? Thanks. =)

I would've thought that the "Suzaku is an alien" idea would have kicked in around episode 16, what with the wall h@x and whatnot. XD NORMAL HUMAN MY ASS, SUNRISE.

If we just start guessing random women in the series, we're bound to be right sooner or later. Geass does like its twists.

XD; I have..uh..precog abilities?! Nah, back then I thought his spouts of justice and saving human was so weird he came from a planet full of justice speakers like him and that they actually plan to take over a world by saying they would save people. ........Now that I think back on it, I have no idea wtf I was thinking. I wanna know why there's the Kururugi (did I put too much ru?) shrine in the visions. :/ Hm, I think someone talked about if C.C. was the god for the Kururugi Shrine. XD;

Possibly because it's where C.C. was stalking Lelouch after his mother's death, but. . . that doesn't quite cover it. You're right, it is a little strange that the shrine keeps popping up. Daddy Kururugi, what did you doooo.

The saddest part is that IT COULD STILL HAPPEN.
