In any case, it was rather interesting to find out that he had Geass.

Someone said it had something to do with deactivating his life-support suit. But I honestly don't remember any of that, I don't even remember the guy at all. Does someone has any idea of this?

Well Urabe is one of the four holy blades ... that is Todo's bodyguards or most trusted companions. Hmm the life-support thing makes sense.
