I think it might be V.V., but wouldn't passing out all the geass drain her dry?

To create some kind of war on the ones who gave C.C. and the others their power possibly and let them die.
The first vision had Wakamoto mentioning the union of ragnorok.
in Ep 2. 02 we see the Sword of Akasha.

I'd expect to see Odin riding on a horse throwing down lightning spears whenever this series finally ends.
