If you look at Jupiter's Big Red Eye you get the geass. Obviously royal Britannians go into space regularly for this cause.

omg, we went over this. it's not known for a fact that v.v is a boy. no one in the anime or the creator has stated that v.v is a boy. wikipedia is not a liable source

C.C. only denied giving Charles a Geass. Not Rollo. And the fact that Rollo has a Geass in his right eye, and Lelouch has one in his left, makes the two a matching pair, right? Of course, if Rollo is trying to kill Lelouch, and C.C. was the one who gave him the Geass, I wonder whether Lelouch hasn't become like Mao in C.C.'s mind and she's trying to find a good way to get rid of him.

Then again, there ought to be several more "witches" like V.V. and C.C. out there, so it shouldn't really be all that surprising to see more people with Geass. It makes me wonder whether there aren't several factions within the double-letter group who have differing plans, and since C.C. has started making her move, the others are beginning to step up. Or something.
