Okay, so does he anybody have any idea who the hell is just passing out the geass like it's candy?!

I think it might be V.V., but wouldn't passing out all the geass drain her dry?

Maybe not contracts, but I suspect in RL Japan there must be some place that actually sells Geass contacts.
