So I was watching the second episode the other day and as the opening ended, and the title ran, a thought started nibbling at me:

First, there is the setup, or the "pledge," where the magician shows the audience something that appears ordinary but is probably not, making use of misdirection. Next is the performance, or the "turn," where the magician makes the ordinary act extraordinary. Lastly, there is the "prestige," where the effect of the illusion is produced. There are "twists and turns, where lives hang in the balance and you see something shocking you've never seen before.

The first season's episodes were all the Stage or the set up, this season we have the Turn. Given the connection this show has to magic and Suzaku's as yet unexplained "I will not ask for your forgiveness" line in the episode one flashback I'm tempted to say that we may have another season on our hands. Thoughts?

That would be interesting. I vaguely thought of that while watching episode one, how it was called Turn 01. Didn't come to this reasoning, but ti would make sense.

But like everyone else, they shouldn't make us wait forever. Theres a fine line between building anticipation and just watching us trip over ourselves for whats next.
