Well, Nunnally doesn't really need to walk, so the dress is not an issue xD

yeah I knida figured they were OotBK memebers, but since their outfit looks pretty 'custom' I figured they were important. their headband suggests they're from the first rebels with Kallen and Ougi.

true true, but stil I hate those kind of skirts, they're for stuck up snobs.
