Geass episode 9 postponement

Apperently episode 9 of Geass is being postponed from it's June 1st airing due to the earthquakes in China.

So 8 will air normally?

I hope this delay doesn't mean they're violating the contract again and we'll be waiting months for the last episode of Geass to air.

Not sure if that was the right phrase to use.

But last season, the two recap episodes made them go over the agreed amount of airtime for the series, so they had to postpone the airing of the last two episodes.
