Code Geass English Manga books to be released in 2008

 Hello everyone,

There will be two Code Geass English language Manga paperback books published in late 2008 by the Bandi Entertainment company. Volume 1 is to be released on Tuesday, August 19th. And, volume 2 is to be released on Wednesday, Novemer 5th. The listed price for the two books is $9.99 each and they are both 180 pages long. Unfortunately, there is no further information on how many chapters are in the two books, etc. This information might be listed when it gets closer to the release date of the two books. Also, you should check the official US website for the Code Geass TV series, their link is (http://code-geass.bandai-ent.com/) to see if there will be any information posted on their News section about the two books. I am pretty sure that the Barnes and Nobles and Borders bookstore chains will carry the novels in their manga sections after their initial release.

Sigh... I wished CLAMP did the manga too. Oh well... The artwork is pretty cute. I really like the way they drew C.C. there. She's so adorable when she eats pizza.

Ah damn GRAPHIC novels... I really thought for a second the light novels were being translated too. Mangas are OK, but I'd prefer to read the side novels.
Anyway this isn't much of a surprise as the manga will be included in the limited/collector edition of the anime, so it's only natural that you can buy them separately as well.

You might want to add that the Suzaku of the Counterattack manga will be available, too, on Dec. 3rd:

I do hope they translate the other novels too and they become available here as well. ^^; I don't really mind who does the artwork, so long as they do it well. I think the style is just fine.

Yes, I agree, they should've let CLAMP make the manga but I guess they're very busy >_< I would've liked them to make it better though, their Code Geass artwork always looks amazing.
