H-hahaha, I don't think he's this dumb (e.g. C.C. would be obvious to anyone else but him), but there's no question that he operates more on brawns and impulse than brilliance. After having neither a formal education for seventeen years nor a particular inborn talent, he's about average intelligence in a series full of political and tactical geniuses.
