Do you think it's possible that she's joined Nunnaly's quest for worldwide peace on changing the empire from the inside? As you may have noticed, she appears alongside all those Brittanian folks in the new opening(which is mighty hot, I must add). I think it'd make sense. After all, we last saw Kallen when Nunnaly finally opened her cell gate.

Oh, and another thing I might question. Rollo most likely killed Shirley, but will Lelouch think that Suzaku killed her? You know how he goes analytical and would possibly assume it was Euphie's revenge...

But it's different. Shirley didn't pose a threat like Euphemia did when Lelouch killed her. Lelouch isn't an idiot and he wouldn't assume Suzaku would run off. Lelouch plays to the boy's weaknesses, and his self-righteous nature is something that Lelouch can always play easily. He even has already this season!

Hm. Suzaku isn't a big revenge junkie, though? Even when he had a chance to kill who killed Euphemia—Lelouch himself—he chose not to. Sure, he completely fucked up his life, but he didn't kill him. Even when all those people were dressed up as Zero, Suzaku understood the motives and let them go, instead of ordering them to fire.

And Lelouch was counting on him to take that route.

I suppose Suzaku isn't running around going "EUPHEMIA-SAMA NO KATAKIIIIIIIIII" like Nina, but I always thought Suzaku handing Lelouch into the Emperor was a revenge thing. But yes, he isn't very revenge orientated xD

Oh, yeah, it was definitely revenge. But it wasn't ... the type of revenge suggested here. And Lelouch would know that. There are few people Lelouch reads completely correctly, but Suzaku is one of them.

If the verdict is motive, Rolo's stands much higher than Suzaku.

true, and that Suzaku is too much of a pacifist to kill Shirley.
