Question about Turn 13

I've been wondering about this ever since I first watched Turn 13, and I didn't see it come up in any of the discussions. If it was mentioned/answered, sorry for repeating myself, and it would be great if someone can direct me to where it was mentioned before. Thanks :3

Jeremiah referred to Lelouch as "Your Majesty" in Turn 13, at around 19:40 in the Eclipse sub. That hasn't happened to any of the Princes or Princesses from what I remember, not in S1 nor R2. Does anyone else remember anything or is this really the first time? I'd like to think that that's foreshadowing, but then again, Jeremiah's "duty" (if he's sincere) is now to help Lelouch, so it might have just been a show of respect...

I thought Jeremiah was replying to Charles when he said "Yes, my majesty" =[ ( his right eye moved in some weird way like he was connecting
sth)...
I don't trust him,my mind keeps reminding me that he just blew the tears to get Lulu's sympathy.
