Another fan-made English version was posted recently, which reminded me of this. I'm not sure how I feel about this girl's voice (not that I could honestly do any better), but I really like what she's done with the lyrics. It's probably the best attempt I've found so far.

The lyrics are good, but she can't sing at all. Still I like what she did, it makes me wish there was an english version of these songs XD

I wouldn't go that far. She can sing on pitch and in rhythm, which is really the only objective measure of what it means to 'be able to sing'. Subjectively, I'm not sure I like her tone, but I can recognize her ability all the same.

which means it hasn't been edited digitally at all

That's what I'm thinking, as well. I've listened to FLOW live (on youtube, because there's no way I can afford to fly over to actually go to one of their concerts), and they're about as pitchy without the studio treatment as this amv is. I'm still not sure I like her tone, but it's pretty clear that she has the ability to sing.
