Oh, there might be some spoilers lurking here. Just a warning.
That said, I think we need a break from "OMG SO SAD!" topics or "I'M GOING TO MISS GEASS!" Or the eternal "Is Lelouch dead or alive?" debate (Which I will probably never make my mind up on >.>) So, this is a topic about remembering the good moments of Geass.
So, here's some discussion questions, if you will: (You don't have to answer all of them. Just pick some, or come up with your own discussion, whatever.)
1. What got you into Geass?
2. At the time you got into it, how many episodes were already out?
3. What part got you hooked?
4. Who was your favorite character in S1? R2?
5. What was your favorite episode of S1? Of R2? Of ALL TIME?
6. What did you first love about the series, and did that aspect continue in R2?
7. Are you happy with the ending?
8. Zerozaku = FTW?
9.Going to marathon all episodes soon?
10. Will you continue to love this series forever and ever?
11. Code Geass = BEST ANIME OF ALL TIME?
So, here's my answers to get us started, if anyone wishes to reply to them:
1. Saw it on someone's siggy in a CLAMP forum in '07. Thought since it was drawn by CLAMP, it was worth a shot.
2. All of Season 1 was out at the time.
3. LULU'S EPIC EPISODE 1 GRIN, OMG.
4. Tie between Lulu and Suzaku. And Rolo for R2.
5. Stage 25, Turn 21. Of all time...Turn 21, probably.
6. Everyone's grey area morality. And OH FUCK YES did they continue it this season.
7. Allright with it. I cried BUCKETS when Lulu died, but whether he is actually dead or lives, I will be content.
11. GEASS, FUCK YEAH.

2. At the time you got into it, how many episodes were already out? S1 was out, I got into it about two-three months before R2 came out.
3. What part got you hooked? Everything :) I did a torrent with all of season one, and everything just added to the mystery and the fun <3 I couldn't wait to find out more!
4. Who was your favorite character in S1? R2? Suzaku, Suzaku~ XD One of these I will be crazy and have free time and write some essays on the boy. I like him as a character, but yes a chunk of this does tie into how fucked up the kid is. Makes me want to cuddle him even as I wait on the edge of my seat to see what new train wreak they're gonna throw at him.
5. What was your favorite episode of S1? Of R2? Of ALL TIME? Oh god, haaaard to say. 6 and 24-25 from S1 I guess, while 8, 13, 25, and 17-19 of R2 have a special place for me. 7 of R2 always makes me laugh in some ways, but it's also a turning point for Lulu. Fav ep is just too hard to say, there's so much I liked about so many various episodes.
My favorite scene is Euphie's death I think, the juxtaposition of it all and just how much it kills me every time.
6. What did you first love about the series, and did that aspect continue in R2? How things weren't just dropped, Clovis got so much mention after his death! I was so happy to see Kallen's mom during the last ep, I thought she would just be a plot point ignored after she'd done her role of giving Kallen tragic back story XD Mind, other times they can forget, but overall~ Just little details like that make the world so much more alive for me :)
7. Are you happy with the ending? Yes, so much better then what the posts were making it sound like! For how rushed the last half of R2 was, that was a beautiful ending. I've already rewatched the episode about three times in the past twelve hours.
8. Zerozaku = FTW?

9.Going to marathon all episodes soon? Uh, in theory. Part of that has to do with a friend I'm trying to get into the series, mind I already have another friend who I'm sloooowly watching S1 with. She mostly sees it with me, we're about to ep 19.
10. Will you continue to love this series forever and ever? ..........the fact my .hack collection is the only bigger one I have says something I think. It's not quite as dear to me as .hack or Sukisho, not quite sure why, but this is something I'll still love twenty+ years down the road I'm pretty sure.
11. Code Geass = BEST ANIME OF ALL TIME? Not quite, but most certainly one of the better ones :) I doubt I'll run into one as good anytime soon.
