I think for me it would be Lelouch, but - he was my favorite character, so. I spent almost all of R2 praying and hoping that he and Suzaku would survive; it was pretty much all I wanted out of the ending. ;_; I'm still crying over it, man. Though, to be fair, when they showed Suzaku's gravestone and I thought they'd actually killed him off, I think I made a noise like someone had punched me in the stomach. ^^;
Euphie. . . I bawled my eyes out at her death, and I was pretty ambivalent toward her character from the beginning. Echoing the other people in saying that hers was the most tragic. The whole situation was just so unbelievably awful, for everyone involved.
Shirley and Rolo were about on par for me. Rolo made me mad a lot, but eventually he really did pull it together and the earnestness of his feelings for Lelouch touched me in the end - the same for Shirley, actually. I don't think I really cried so much when they died, but I shed a few tears.
