I doubt it, it's being hosted by Livejournal through. They'll be the one's responsible, and most likely just delete your journal or something. But most likely as long as it's not on a Google search then I don't think they even know about your caps.

There is no such thing as fair use in Japan atm. I think they are working on it though.
