Could Milly have been in love with Shirley?

Just randomly thinking...  Shirley accuses Milly of being a perv, but most of her on panel scenes of yuri-ness seem focused on Shirley. Milly is also oblivious to Rivalz interest, nor does she take seriously her engagement to Lloyd. 

YES, she tries very hard to set up Shirley and Lulu, but that could be a case of ;I want my beloved to be happy.' She may realize she can't get Shirley, so she decides to do what she can to make Shirley happy.

Yeah, Kallen>Lelouch is definitely canon. It's Lelouch's feelings that they keep locked up in a secret vault at Sunrise. :P
